Digital File or Printed Product?
Understand digital files versus shipped printed products. Check delivery type, format, size and pack contents before ordering.
Confirm the delivery type first
Digital products supply files; physical products supply the printed items listed. Similar artwork can appear in either format. Confirm when and how a download is delivered rather than assuming automatic instant delivery.
File format and editable fields
PDFs, images and other formats have different uses; read which file is supplied. A sample name does not mean you can edit the file yourself. Confirm who performs personalisation and check usage terms before ordering.
If you will print it yourself
Match the file’s page size to your paper. Check actual-size or 100% scaling and print one sample first: fit-to-page settings may change dimensions. Paper, ink, cutting and printing services are not automatically included with a digital file.
Check options for physical items
Check T-shirt size, mug capacity, card dimensions and pack quantities. Mockup accessories are not the product. Read delivery and care details for the selected item.
